1. Are your products vegan? 

We have a mix of vegan and non-vegan products! The only animal product that is used is beeswax purchased from ethical sources. All products have ingredient details at the bottom of their product page.

2.What if I have allergies?

If you have any sensitive/ severe allergies, please make sure to reach out to us BEFORE placing an order. Make sure to double-check the ingredient list at the bottom of every product page. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us to make sure!

3. Can I buy in bulk?

Absolutely! Need candles for a wedding or party? Want to make gift bags for a company meeting? Want a tea blend for your coffee shop? We gotcha covered! Shoot us an email at from.eden.gifts@gmail.com with the subject "Bulk Order".

4. How long does it take to ship? 

Everything is made in small batches so please know that times can vary. During this time, all orders are shipped on Mondays. Memphis direct-to-door orders can vary but will be placed in a secure place or mailbox within 2-3 days of placing the order.

5. How can I track my order?

When you place your order you receive an order confirmation with access to your order details. Once the order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive a notification with the tracking number.

6. Can I return/exchange my purchase?

Please understand that due to Covid 19, our return policies are stricter than we’d like. As all of our products are made in a sterile setting, we cannot accept returns that may jeopardize this. 

We may offer a replacement or a store credit in certain circumstances. Please send an email to from.eden.gifts@gmail.com with any concerns about your purchase so we can try to work something out.

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged beyond use, please send pictures with a short description of the issue within 48 hours of receiving it to from.eden.gifts@gmali.com, and we will replace the item. 

7. Do your products expire?

The shelf life of our soaps, salves, and oils is up to12 months if stored properly (in a cool dry place). While they are still usable, there may be a noticeable change over time due to oils separating. 

8. Do you have a brick & mortar location?

Not at the moment but we're looking into some big changes coming soon! You can always visit us at a pop up or vendor event, though! Check out our Pop-Ups page to see the dates and locations.
